The Admins ranges were introduced by Steve Thompson of SKT in the 80's. As regards the history of the range, I knew virtually nothing until I got these emails from Adam Banner:

You might be interested to know that Goblin Kamikaze in a Basket (AD152)
was intended to be fired from a trebuchet.
Someone suggested this to Steve (Steve 'SKT' Thompson), and I thought it
was a great idea, and rushed home and made one.
It's still one of my favourites, one day I'll finish painting my copy.'
'I designed nearly all of the Admins (Adam's Miniatures) range
for SKT in the 1980s.
Steve included one or two figures by other people while I was
still involved, and he (or later owners) may have added more after
I lost touch.'
Just putting pictures up at first and it doesn't cover the whole range. I will probably add captions later. They're smallish images from the on line catalogue. In some cases figures in the AD range seem to be the same as figures in the DA and WS ranges. Also, some may be misidentified!
