The gunner serving the gun UCWA3 is posed the same as the Confederate shown above but is subtly different. He wears a sack coat and has full-length trousers rather than boots. I have both versions in my collection.
ReplyDeleteI have been collecting the ACW range since it was first issued but have never seen even an image of the limbers or powder wagon ( presumably a caisson). I did try to order them very early on, but was told that they were not available. So I ended up with the Hinchliffe equivalents which are really compatible. I wonder if the Garrison versions were ever issued for sale?
Thanks for that. There are moulds for various wagons but I have to admit I've never checked on them.
