Ordering Roman and Gallic moulds...

 Figures collected for new moulds...

Firstly, a Roman mould to enable me to produce some figures faster than I can at the moment.

On the other hand, the Gallic mould is more to extend the range - especially by giving the Celts a few swordsmen!

Other moulds planned for the New Year will/should include a couple of Sarmation mould - one infantry, one cavalry. The original idea was to just put all the Sarmations on one mould and send all three away before Christmas, just didn't prove to be practical.

  1. Always enjoy seeing the moulding process, are they 11" moulds?

    1. No, 9". My Tiranti won't take anything bigger!

    2. Thanks for that, very interesting, you can get a fair lot in a 9" mould.

  2. Tiranti is a name that takes me back to reading early 60s Donald Featherstone advice on making and casting figures, beyond plaster of paris.

    1. Gone now - were taken over by another group but last time I tried to order something they didn't have any Tiranti stuff in stock!

  3. Your momentum isn't slowing in churning out figures and buildings. Well done.
