A place where Ancient Ancient armies can peacefully retire to...
Possibly.
Oh, and some pulp. A few things on 6mm SciFi tanks and stuff. And the toy soldiers. Especially the War of 1897... And now I seem to be starting on 20mm Napoleonics as well!

OK, Started the elephants...
The swordsman and javelinman are conversions from the Vanha spearman.
Haven't got round to the clibanarii figure comparison yet.
Still a few more elephant jobs to do, for example removing thr Garrison howdahs from a load of Minifigs Indian elephants and having them rejoin the Indian army, I'll leave that until later, this lot are probably the last of the elephants for now. In future, of course, Garrison/SKT did have other elephants!
Ah, 'they' got to you didn't they?! The 'crowd' will love them. Of course, I am part of said group!

The Vanha figures look terrific, especially the standard bearer. I have a load in the lead pile and am tempted to get them out…
ReplyDeleteSometimes it's best not to resist temptation.
DeleteYour certainly packing in the pachyderms at the moment…
ReplyDeleteAll the best. Aly
