A place where Ancient Ancient armies can peacefully retire to...
Possibly.
Oh, and some pulp. A few things on 6mm SciFi tanks and stuff. And the toy soldiers. Especially the War of 1897... And now I seem to be starting on 20mm Napoleonics as well!

Continuing preparation work
The idea of this lot is to make life simpler... by spraying all the confederatures with a couple of coats of grey the uniforms are sorted while the camels base coat is just khaki - which looks like quite a good camel colour!
Sadly, life is not getting easier... Facebook has blocked my account and asking me to send proofs of identity that I'm not going to send them (Facebook is not of any great importance in my life) and I've just had a message from Paypal saying someone has cancelled a Paypal money request ... from 2013! Ain't technology wonderful?
These remind me of my old Marx 25mm hard plastic figures cast in an approriate colour with a dab of flesh and a few swipes of brown or black equipment and maybe pink cheeks or some other colours.
Once they appear on the table story begins, the imagination fills in the detail and brings them to life.
Preparations for a veritable feast ahead!
ReplyDeleteThe only potential downside... will my grasshopper mind have moved on when it comes to finishing the job...
DeleteThere is certainly nothing wrong with making your life easier Rob…
ReplyDeleteAll the best. Aly

Merry Christmas to you and yours.
Works if you have a matching ordinary paint - though I have been known to simply spray a load onto one of my boxes and use that as a palette!
