OK, lousy reputation, like the figures so every now and then I put in a smaller order than I would normally. Two came through -as I recall one was 6 weeks, one about 8 weeks - latest put in February, several emails with no reply, finally lost patience and contacted PayPal. Assume they've now just giving up on sending out orders... strongly suggest you don't deal with them.
My last order with BTD USA was back in 2019 and I had a very similar experience. I had to get PayPal involved to get the situation resolved, which they did. I have not placed an order since. Besides, many of the ranges I was interested in have been taken out of production.

DeleteOnly ever ordered from them once and it took ages to arrive, then starting hearing that they were one to be avoided. It's a pity as they have some great miniatures across their ranges although they seem to be selling ones off.

DeleteHad a few orders arrive from them and then nothing. They would reply to every Email always promising delivery but then nothing would arrive. Gave up and got my refund in the end.

DeleteSounds like they should be out of business - it is unfortunate because I have looked at their figures a few times and they do look really nice - I wonder why the guy running it is so useless - what's the point of being in business if you just constantly disappoint people and gather more and more bad reviews??
