| Realised I had a nice symetrical display so decided to take a photo as an interim review. |
There's still lots to do on this army - need lots of light infantry/Ps, don't have any Hd, 'Turkish' forces need some 3Cv similar to the front rank light cavalry and there are no 'dedicated' Arab lancers in robes - though the two outside Cv units shown would do, they just... well, aren't wearing robes...
Total force to date 162 infantry and 99 cavalry. Must admit I'm thinking about having a bit of a change for a while... been thinking about a couple of units of Prussian 7YW infantry as a break...

| Also finished some Turkish type archers... small size picture because it's a bit blurry. |
Looking good, nice parade and they make for a really colourful army. Will be interested in seeing if you do the SYW figures, they are nice miniatures and deserve a showcase.
ReplyDeleteIt's just a thought at the moment - see what happens on my next casting session.
DeleteReviewing the situation, as Fagin might say. Splendid , cinematic size force.

Symmetry will soon be lost and the universe rent asunder.
DeleteThey look splendid en masse; will their be a vizir on a flying carpet to go with them?
ReplyDeleteThat's a thought!
