We also had to replace our kitchen scales. Here it has a different mouse stuck on top of it to make a canopy. |
I kept this one 'clean' but the design would appreciate some spaceshippy detailing... |
The back few shows the tops of a couple of used superglue lids to hide the worn out buttons on the mouse. The 'probably needs more detail' shows up on this view... |
Daleks, for instance. The shuttle is a bit small for Daleks - too low - but I'm not going to let that put me off! |
What excellent work, it really looks the part!

The use of a mouse as a shuttle does work very well. Stupid thing is, if I bought a new mouse and used it chances are that would be cheaper than any wargames model I could find!
DeleteA splendid piece of ‘upcycling ‘ or would it be ‘game- cycling’…
ReplyDeleteAll the best. Aly
I'll admit to being pleased with them.
DeleteIf you could cut out a nicely shaped round-ish hole in the top you could sit two Daleks (side by side) in one - that would look good and put an end to all those jokes about stairs!
