Counterfeit figures

I have noticed 2 eBay auctions advertising 'recast' Garrison figures. Now, some recast figures are legal - simply means that they were produced under licence by another manufacturer or person. In these cases the figures are not licenced, simply counterfeit so please be aware. I have asked one seller to remove the listing, I have asked the other to confirm whether they are recast - they don't seem to be sure. However, it does seem that a number of people recently have been selling recast Garrison SF/Space types, so please be aware. They are not authorised.
