Should have posted hese years ago! He took them to Salute once hoping to enter them in the Junior painting competition, found he was a month or so too old, entered them in the Senior's instead and got runner up.

DeleteAll those touches of paint and detail on 15mm is very impressive.
ReplyDeleteI'll put it down to young eyes (he wuld have been 16-17 when he painted them), good teaching by me (:)), plus the fact that he'd being painting figures from a very young age! When Steven was about 10 he went to a school wargames club of 13-14 year old kids - his were the best painted figures, and that included the guy running the club.
