You can never have too many hoplites...
Still got a lot more hoplites to get out of my system.
Suitable remuneration has been offered but as yet it has not been taken up. This is a fine old tradition throughout my armies - they like their job so are quite happy.
It's only too many if you can't pay them or feed them - hopefully this lot aren't mercenary.
