Not sure if this is a Beastmistress or Enchanter with pets... |
Haven't decided what to do with the unbased tigers - base some as beasts or leave them 'unattached'? Or paint a few more of course. |
Couple more of these units would be a good spine for the army. They're a surprisingly pleasing unit. |
Purely archery based infantry would be a bit fragile - I'm working on spear/javelin armed infantry at the moment. |
Actually I'm also looking at these archers as the top half of some cavalry. |
Amazon archers riding tigers perhaps?
ReplyDeleteI do like the Amazon with the big cats. I did mine as a Queen with a Lion some 50+ years ago.
It's still very much in the experimental as to what I finally do with them.
DeleteCracking work, the archer regiment are very nice indeed and the tigers are quite superb.
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteIt's a nice little range and looks very good indeed - I do especially like the way you've painted those tigers!
ReplyDeleteThe tigers were a bit of a worry - especially the face area. I have to admnit I'm still not 100% happy with them.
DeleteTurning into an attractive little army and pleasingly old school.
ReplyDeleteYes, I'm happy with the way it's going.
DeleteYour army is expanding fast! They all look great: the "War Tigers of Pan Tang"! :-)
ReplyDeleteThank you.
