This time I said 'fantasy, going for bright colours'. Seems to have worked OK. Paint job better than the photos though! |
Next thing is to try the lancer figures. |
A place where Ancient Ancient armies can peacefully retire to... Possibly. Oh, and some pulp. A few things on 6mm SciFi tanks and stuff. And the toy soldiers. Especially the War of 1897... And now I seem to be starting on 20mm Napoleonics as well! email GarrisonMiniatures@gmail.com

They have turned out really well, a very nice unit, good choice on the colours too, they really "pop"
ReplyDeleteThey look fine, but still glad it's a fantasy army! I'm probably always going to be guilty about painting fur cloaks in bright colours though!
DeleteSuch a colourful unit, lovely!
ReplyDeleteAlan Tradgardland
They are a bit, aren't they?
DeleteFantasy or otherwise, I still stand firmly in the 'Bright Colours' school of war games armies. Spectacle is a great part of the enjoyment of war games!
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Ion
Can't argue with that.
DeleteLovely dynamic figures and they look splendid in those colours! Are these the single piece castings that I seem to remember?
ReplyDeleteYes, there's a few single piece castings in the S&S range.
DeleteLovely Rob, it was a great range.
ReplyDeleteThank you. Still is...
DeleteLove these! Nice and colourful with lots of movement.
ReplyDeleteThank you
DeleteJust finished black colossus which features thousands of these chaps.
DeleteWell, you do have a few...
DeleteVery nice indeed Rob…
ReplyDeleteThere were indeed some lovely figures in the S&S range.
All the best. Aly.
Yep.
DeleteBeautiful mix of colours with these Rob!
ReplyDeleteRegards, James
