Always intended doing some 7YW armies but haven't got round to it yet. So when a reasonably painted army just came up on eBay it seemed a good idea to put a bid in - and no-one put in a second bid so I got it. Mostly Garrison, some Minifigs, couple of other manufacturers.
Just arrived today so I've only unpacked it, not much work needed on these and it's basically as much as I need in an army... so now it's really just a case of waiting for others to come up!
Dress that line!
ReplyDeleteWell, hacve to remember these are new recruits who haven't even started basic training yet. Haven't even had time to have a splash of white added to their left feet...
DeleteA Good find.... always pleasing when you win an auction at the lowest price. Can see some Front Rank in there as well I think.
ReplyDeleteDescription says 'Pandours are Minifigs and the CO is Front Rank', but certainly some other Minifigs at the very least. So Front Rank definite possibility - I simply wouldn't know.
DeleteDamn, how did I not see these. Well done in picking up such a nice force. I love Garrison figures. Yes they are a bit static but they have a great charm.
ReplyDeleteI find it hard to diagree.
DeleteI never warmed to that generation of Minifig but spent many a happy hour looking at the SYW range in the catalogue and dreaming.
ReplyDeleteGood catch.
All I need now is a few Prussians - but still haven't got round to a casting session yet...
