Corps XIX The Libyans

I did start casting new figures for these from the Tiranti mould but they're not coming out very well - at some stage the Libyans need a rework.

Anyway, the existing crop are still not fully sorted - lots of bases needing to be finished off for instance - so I finished up just used some of them.

They're supposed to be a primative people with fire hardened javelins and dressed in leather - this lot date from a few hundred years earlier and look a lot better!

The crudeness of the figures is quite evident in these pictures but, to be honest, I like them. They have a style and character all of their own and the crude modelling isn't their fault!
