That's the good thing about painting four figures to a wargaming standard - you can do it quickly. They haven't been glued to the base or varnished yet - not sure whether to just give them a coat of matt rather than gloss.

| However he fits in well and any future guns will probably include him anyway! The portfire is pretty delicate - the one here snapped off during painting and had to be reattached. |
I quite like the look of these. Gloss I think would serve them best.
ReplyDeleteStill to be decided... gloss I do like, main issue is that gloss painted figures don't photo as well. Got time to think about it!
DeleteJust avoid flash and spot lights. A tripod or substitute helps. (I use books)
