When this lot was sent I was told that I would be getting another box with a few cars and figures. The third box has arrived...
Strangely, this is the first bank I've got in any scale! |
The same is true of the petrol station, but then most of the things I do are earlier than this. |
Some useful peripheral additions to add to the overall effect. |
Already got a pillar box so this lot are very useful additions. |
Haven't compared this landrover in size to the Airfix version. I'm very short on vehicles in this scale. |
A slightly larger vehicle... |
Some of this lot may be due for repainting - though I doubt that white was the original colour scheme! |
Also a few more of these. I'm trying to build up the Cybermen at the moment - they really look a lot better in serried ranks. |
A very useful load of figures... |
On this one I just stuck a few various other figures in front of them to check for size/compatability - they fit in with, for example, the Langley 00/1/76th figures. |
So all in all, a very welcome and useful addition to my collection/s.
Cracking additions for your town, I really like the petrol station, lovely little model, also skips, bottle banks etc are really nice and very usefull.
ReplyDeleteVery useful. They are a later time period than I generally do, but then I'm quite happy to mix Victorians with modern day anyway so it doesn't matter. If you're going for a Fantasy world, there's no such thing as an anachronism!
DeleteThat's quite a collection Rob.
ReplyDeleteYep.
ReplyDeleteSome really nice additions there Rob ....I think the bank is my favourite!
ReplyDeleteYes, the bank is a very useful addition.
DeleteHi Rob all the white cars apart from the shiny Escort were released undercoated. They came in a set with paints and a brush.
ReplyDeleteThanks - that will make it easier for me to paint them!
